Before I was helping solo-entrepreneurs and small business owners like you, I was one.
I ran my own personal training and health coaching business, and while I loved the mission, what I found myself really enjoying was the business aspect of it all. The operations. The marketing. The systems and backend. The “how do I make this run more smoothly” stuff.
That’s when I realized I didn’t want to coach; I wanted to support other owners. Now I help people like past me build sustainable systems so they can focus on what they do best. (And I can focus on what I do best!)
